Every pregnant woman has a high degree of nausea will be different, there are not too feel anything, but there is also the feeling of nausea and even some who felt very nauseous and vomiting all the time so it takes a medication (hyperemesis gravidarum).

Some tips to help you cope with "morning sickness" or nausea-vomiting during early pregnancy:
• Eat in small amounts but often, do not eat large amounts or portions would only make you grow sick. Try to eat when you can eat, with small but frequent portions.
• Eat foods high in carbohydrates and proteins that can help you overcome the nausea. Many fruit and vegetable consumption and high-carbohydrate foods like bread, potatoes, biscuit, etc.
• In the morning when waking up in a hurry do not immediately wake up, try to sit down first and only slowly stood up. If you feel very sick when waking up in the morning prepare a snack or biscuit near your bed, and you can eat it before you try to stand.
• Avoid fatty foods, oily and spicy taste that will make you nauseous.
• Drinking sufficient to avoid dehydration from vomiting. Drink water or juice. Avoid beverages containing caffeine and carbonates.
• Vitamin sometimes aggravate the nausea of pregnancy, but you still need folate for you this pregnancy. If nausea and vomiting is very severe, consult your doctor so that it can be given the best advice for vitamins that you will consume. And your doctor will probably give the drug to nauseated when necessary.
• Vitamin B 6 effectively to reduce nausea in pregnant women. Should first consult with your doctor to use.
• Traditional Medicine: Usually people use ginger in reducing nausea in a variety of traditional treatment. Research in Australia states that ginger can be used as a traditional medicine to relieve nausea and safe for both mother and baby. In some pregnant women who consume no fresh ginger or ginger candy to menbantu overcome her nausea.
• Rest and relax will help you overcome the sense of nausea and vomiting. Because if you stress will only aggravate your nausea. . Uptake time for you! enough rest and try to relax, listen to music, reading a baby book or your favorite magazines etc. Face your pregnancy with happiness, because this is grace. :-)
Remember! Contact your physician if nausea, vomiting becomes very great, so you will not be able to eat or drink anything that may cause shortage of liquid / dehydrated. (Hyperemesis gravidarum).

  1. I've used some of these remedies during my morning sickness first trimester, and I admit it, most of these works for me. for those skeptics it's just a matter of finding the right remedy that works well with your body.
